Payment
- Consult the aforementioned table for cut-off dates and associated fees. (All Delegates and Students are entitled to one paper or abstract submission per fee. Delegates are entitled to two single-author presentations per fee).
- Bank transfer: Please, transfer the required amount directly to account holder of the 10th Congress of the Hellenic Geographical Society according to the following banking information sheet
- After you finish the transfer of fees, please send a copy of the transaction to the congress e- mail (10GeographyConf@geo.auth.gr) or fax (+30 2310 998552). The email must include the name of the participant, the indication “Registration”, e.g. Vouvalidis_Registration and the title of the corresponding presentation

The bank transfer receipt must necessarily state the Code Number of the Project (Congress) at the A.U.TH. Research Committee, which is 90831, and the name of the participant.
Please, make sure that the whole amount of registration fees is transmitted to the congress account. If there is any bank charge for the transfer, it must be paid by the delegate, which means that this charge is not taken out of the dues amount for the congress.
Invoice will be issued only for Universities, Institutes and Companies; for individuals only receipts can be issued. The minimum information required for the issuing of the aforementioned documents are the following:
- NAME & SURNAME
- AFFILIATION
- ADDRESS
- TEL/EMAIL
- Additional information for invoice only
- VAT NUMBER (for E.U. countries)
- MAILING ADDRESS (in case that the mailing address differs from the aforementioned)
- CONTACT NAME
Participants should be aware that the receipts/invoices are issued only by the A.U.TH. Research Committee Accountant Office and will be given during the congress. Participants that will register on- site will receive their receipt/invoice by post.
