Honorary doctorship to Professor Louis de Bonis

The School of Geology A.U.TH. in recognition of his contribution to the Hellenic Geological Science awarded Professor Louis de Bonis of University of Poitiers (France) with honorary doctorship.


Euro Christmas Carol Festival
December 8-11, 2001, Bilbao, Spain
The Phonolites represented Greece in the International Festival of University Choirs EURO CAROL CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL in Bilbao, Bizkaia, Spain on December 9, 2001. Twelve university choirs from twelve Euro member countries have met and celebrated the inauguration of the Euro.

6th Choir Festival, Agia Paraskevi, Athens
May 18-19, 2001, American College, Agia Paraskevi, Athens
The 6th Choir Festival was organized by the Cultural Centre of Agia Paraskevi and was dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the city (1931-2001). Eight choirs participated from Greece, Cyprus and France.

Cultural Week of Students 2001

The Cultural Week of Students is already three years old. The Phonolites participate with a nice concert. The delighted audience applaused the choir as well as the small ensemble.
